400 Conejos
Mexico’s Number One Mezcal. The gods of the drinks were called collectively centzon-totochtin (400 rabbits) in Nahuatl. The number 400 was synonymous with “innumerable” and “uncountable”. It is believed that the spirit of the 400 rabbits carries on to this day in each bottle of this fine mezcal.

400 CONEJOS (spicy) Mezcalita
Ingredients:
50ml 400 Conejos Joven Mezcal
30ml fresh lime juice
15ml agave nectar
Directions:
Shake, pour into Martini or Old Fashioned glass and garnish with lime wedge and Sal de Gusano on rim.
