Hierbas Isla Blanca is a liqueur made from the extracts of different plants. It can contain up to 20 herbs, like: fennel, thyme, juniper, sage, rosemary, curd, lavender, eucalyptus, oregano, aniseed,… The good climate of the islands favors the cultivation of these herbs rich in minerals. Hierbas Isla Blanca can be drunk pure or with ice, as a digestive after a good meal. Now available in 50cl & 100cl!

Mojito Ibizenco Ibizabouff
Ingredients:
40 ml Hierbas Isla Blanca
30 ml fresh lime
1 spoon Brown sugar
6-8 leaves of mint
Directions:
Mash everything on the glass, fill up the glass with full crushed ice. Top up with Thomas Henry ginger ale and garnish with lime & leaves of mint.
